UX/UI Design for SEO Analytics Platform | SaaS
The Challenge
The client had an idea for an SEO tracking tool but no design, no structure, and no clear product vision. The goal was to turn that idea into a real, usable product that SEO specialists and marketers would actually want to open every day.
My Role & Scope
I joined at the very beginning, when there was nothing but an idea. Defined the product structure, mapped user flows, designed the full UI and built a complete design system. Everything from scratch, ready for development.
From Chaos to Structure
Analyzed the competitive landscape and talked through the product with the client directly. His team were users of similar tools, so their input shaped the structure. From there I mapped the flows and built the information architecture.
Exploring Ideas & Pitching
Explored several directions before committing. Tested different layouts and component ideas with the client early, so we aligned on the right approach before any heavy design work.
Initial Visions
Turned the best concept into a working prototype. Focused on the dashboard first, that's where users spend most of their time. Started building the design system foundations alongside, so every decision from here was consistent.
Building the Desktop Product
Designed all desktop screens with one goal: key metrics visible at a glance. Expanded the design system as new screens came in to keep everything consistent.
Mobile Adaptations
Designed a clean, functional mobile version following web mobile guidelines. Same core features, adapted for small screens and touch interaction.
The Result
The product launched in late 2025. The client got a fully structured SaaS product with clean navigation, consistent UI and developer-ready Figma files. Also designed the landing page for the product. Built from a single idea to a complete, shippable design. Still in touch as a design advisor when needed.
